Welcome to Sports OTG. By accessing our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Sports OTG provides a platform to connect sports enthusiasts with venue owners. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the platform.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the policy as set by the respective merchant partner. You can view the cancellation policies of the respective merchant partner on their information page prior to making a booking or purchase. The cancellation policy is also included in your booking ticket in your order history.

Cancellations can be initiated by the users themselves on your booking ticket. The refund amount due will be displayed prior to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back into the user's account, to the same source through which the payment was made, within 5-7 working days, post initiating the cancellation.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Sports OTG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sports OTG acts solely as a facilitator for bookings. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the venues or activities hosted by our partners. We disclaim all liability arising from your use of the venues booked through our platform.
