Cancellation Policy
1. Player Cancellations
Players cannot directly reschedule a booking. If you are unable to make your slot, you must cancel the booking entirely and create a new one based on current availability.
2. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the specific venue's cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours prior to the slot). If cancelled within the eligible window, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
